NLCC Boys Track Championship
Date: Friday, May 10th, 2019 at Grayslake Central Community High School
Competing Schools: Antioch, Grant, Grayslake Central, Grayslake North, Lakes Community, North Chicago, Round Lake, and Wauconda
Time Schedule:
3:45pm Shot & Disc weigh in – Door #21 by the flag pole
3:45pm Scratch Meeting for coaches
4:00pm Workers meet with meet referee
4:30pm Field Events
High Jump Varsity First, JV to follow. Opening height(s) TBD
Pole Vault Varsity First, JV to follow. Opening height(s) TBD
Shot Put: Varsity first, three attempts in prelims, nine to finals which will follow disc finals
Disc: JV first, four attempts/ no finals (Varsity will have three attempts, nine to finals)
Long Jump: Varsity first, three jumps, cafeteria style, 9 to finals immediately (JV will have four jumps and no finals)
Triple Jump: JV first-four jumps no finals, (Varsity to follow, three jumps, 9 finals immediately follow)
*If weather permits and we do not have a head wind in long or triple jump, we will jump both flights at the same time. If one of the runways has a head wind, we will only run JV in that direction.

Scoring/Awards: The meet will be scored 10-8-6-4-2-1. 1st place Team Trophy and Individual Events Medals for both Varsity and JV for top 6 places.
Entries are due by 10:00 PM on Wednesday, May 8th, 2019.
Results: Live results during the meet can be found at www.pfvperformance.net. They will also be uploaded to Athletic.net at the conclusion of the meet.
Concessions: A concession stand will be available at the Northwest End of the track.
Extra Info:
1. Spikes that protrude more the 1/4-inch from the bottom of the shoe will not be allowed.
2. The Shot put and Discus rings are cement.
3. Only meet officials, coaches, and competitors will be allowed on the field during the meet.
4. All contestants should dress at their home schools. Locker rooms will not be provided.
