Joe Scarpino Invite

The boys first meet of the month kicked off at Buffalo Grove at the Joe Scarpino Invite.  The Sequoits placed 7th in a very quality and high powered meet.  The team received 1st place finishes from Landon Keefover (55 HH and 55 IM) and Trevon Arnold (LJ).  Other top performers include the 4x160 relay team of Landon Keefover, Drew Porter, Javen London and Marc Gillespie that placed 3rd overall.  Andrew "17" Johnson (2 mile), Paul Valdivia(SP), Trevon Arnold(HJ), Treshawn Watson (LJ), and Branden Reynolds (TJ) all earned seasons bests in their events.  Pat Schoenfelder and Charlie Smith made their season debuts after coming off of winter sports.  Schoenfelder lead off the 4x400 relay while Smith ran on the 4x800 relay, 800 and filled in on the 4x400 relay.  Up next for the Sequoits is the NLCC Invite to be held on 3/9/17.
