NLCC Indoor Invite

The Girls Track Team competed in the first ever Northern Lake County Conference Championships on Thursday, March 9th at UW-Parkside. The girls placed 4th overall.  The Sequoits were led by Ayanna Tommy who earned 4 All-Conference medals.  She placed 2nd in the High Jump, 55 Meter, 4x2 Relay, and 200 meter run.  Noor Abdellatif earned All-Conference medals in 3 events.  2nd in Pole Vault, 3rd in 4x400, and 55 High Hurdles.  Also making All-Confernece honors Shelby Purcell (55m, 4x200), Elisa Pokorny (400, 4x4 relay), Rachel Phillips (400, 4x400 relay), Miranda Morrow (4x200,4x400 Relay), Jill Everett (shot), Amanda Rowe (4x200), Brianna Vettese (4x800), Natalie Svarc (4x800), Alex Knight (4x800), Tiana Fox (4x8).  Great Job ladies!!  The lady Sequoits will continue with their indoor Season next week Friday at the Lake Michigan Invite.
